1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
SkySurge provides internet access through wireless hotspots and network equipment. Access is granted through voucher codes associated with specific data bundles.
Network speed, stability, and performance may vary depending on number of users, signal distance, device capability, and ISP or power conditions.
2. DATA BUNDLES & VOUCHER USAGE
- Each voucher grants internet access based on the duration and data limit of the purchased bundle.
- The validity period begins only when the voucher is first activated.
- Unactivated vouchers remain valid until activation.
- Once activated, the duration runs continuously and cannot be paused.
- Data does not roll over after expiration.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred or resold.
3. DEVICE LIMIT & ACCESS USE
- Each data bundle includes a specific device limit, stated clearly at the time of purchase.
- Only the number of devices permitted by the purchased package may be connected at any time.
- If additional devices attempt to connect beyond the allowed limit, access may be denied.
- Hotspot sharing is only permitted within the allowed device limit of the purchased package.
- Attempts to bypass device limits, including MAC address cloning or device spoofing, are not permitted and may result in suspension of service.
4. FAIR USAGE & NETWORK CONDUCT
To maintain fast and quality internet for everyone, SkySurge may:
- Manage bandwidth during high traffic periods
- Restrict access to high-bandwidth or abusive activities
- Block Illegal or harmful usage
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal streaming
- Torrenting/P2P sharing
- Network scanning or hacking attempts
- Activities that cause network congestion or service degradation
Violation may lead to immediate suspension without a refund.
5. PAYMENTS & PRICING
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Upon successful payment, the corresponding voucher will be issued to the customer. Once issued, the transaction is deemed final, in accordance with the SkySurge Refund Policy.
SkySurge reserves the right to modify its pricing, package structure, promotional offers, or discount eligibility at any time, with or without prior notice. Such updates will apply to future purchases and will not affect vouchers already purchased prior to the change.
6. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
SkySurge is not liable for interruptions caused by:
- ISP downtime
- National power outages
- Local network interference
- User device malfunction
No compensation or refund is guaranteed for outages.
