REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued if:
- Payment was deducted but no voucher was delivered.
- A confirmed SkySurge-side technical issue prevents voucher activation.
Refunds are not granted for:
- Data depletion earlier than expected.
- Slow speeds caused by user distance or network congestion.
- Expired vouchers, or device configuration issues.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
