REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Payment was deducted but no voucher was delivered.
  • A confirmed SkySurge-side technical issue prevents voucher activation.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Data depletion earlier than expected.
  • Slow speeds caused by user distance or network congestion.
  • Expired vouchers, or device configuration issues.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
